Procurement of the supply and delivery of traffic and fire uniforms for a 12-month contract. Suitable for reputable, experienced service providers with SAS citizenship considerations and SCM/compliance capacity. Key criteria include CSD registration, standard tender documents (MBD4, 6.1, 8 & 9), authorized signatory on company letterhead, and an 80/20 preference point system with price as 80 points and specific goals as 20 points. Requirements

• Tenderer must be registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) with proof or provide CSD registration number.
• Complete MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8 & MBD9.
• Certificate of Authority to sign all documents, signed by the firm’s Board of Directors, on company letterhead.
• 80/20 Preference Point System; 20 points for specific goals, 80 for price.
• Specific goals: 100% SA citizen ownership = 20 points; 50% SA citizen ownership = 10 points; <50% owned = 5 points.
