Overview

Supply and deliver passive system spares to Rand Water Zuikerbosch. The RFQ covers spares for CCTV/security and related IP/networking gear (e.g., cameras, NVR, PoE switches, wireless bridge, biometric reader, and ancillary components). Suitable bidders are South African suppliers with security/IT hardware capabilities, able to price and supply the listed items, and to meet local compliance (VAT, B-BBEE), with authority to bind the company.

Requirements

• Complete and sign official forms: SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), Company Resolution Letter, Authorization.
• Provide B-BBEE documentation: SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for QSE/EME, or dtic B-BBEE certificate; B-BBEE contribution points will be scored.
• Returnable documents: B-BBEE verification certificate or sworn affidavit; SBD 4; Company Resolution Letter.
• Tax/compliance: VAT registration with SARS (pricing to include taxes); CSD disclosures for connected entities (MAAA) as applicable.
• Pricing: Complete the included pricing schedule; price all 17 line items; prices inclusive of all taxes (no post-award VAT changes).
• Deliverables/terms: Adhere to delivery timelines, warranty (12 months), and compliance with the general terms (insurances, confidentiality, penalties for non-performance).
• Evaluation: One supplier will be awarded; 80/20 price vs specific goals; qualifying criteria apply.
