SUPPLY AND DELIVER SNOW MOBILE SERVICES

Overview

Supply and delivery of Yamaha snowmobile spare parts, including batteries, spark plugs, engine oils and related components. Bidders in automotive spare-parts supply/maintenance with VAT registration, CSD/MAAA and BBB-EE credentials are invited.

Requirements

• Quotation on company letterhead with correct banking details; include VAT where applicable.
• Prices must be firm until delivery; include all taxes and delivery costs.
• Complete and sign SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; provide CSD/MAAA number; provide BBB-EE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• If claiming disability goals, provide Medical Certificate; otherwise provide ownership details to claim specific goals.
• Tax compliance (SARS PIN) and general tax status; DFFE may request additional information.
• Delivery timelines to be stated; quotations valid for 90 days from RFQ close; no delivery before official order.
• Preference points: 80/20 system up to R50M; specific goals: >50% Black ownership, >50% Women ownership, and >50% ownership by people with disabilities (each 20 points).

• Submission deadline: 05/11/2026 11:00; electronic submission to RFQCT@dffe.gov.za; quote on company letterhead with banking details.
• Documents to submit: pricing per item (see attached item list), completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1, BBB-EE or sworn affidavit, CSD/MAAA number, SARS tax status PIN.

• Delivery address: East Pier, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town; no delivery before official order.

• Short note: the supplier must ensure VAT, scheduling, and compliance as per the RFQ; the department reserves the right to negotiate prices.
