Requirements

• Quotation must be via the e-tender portal; emails not accepted.
• Quotes must be on company letterhead; brand names required where stated; total must include all taxes.
• Provide manufacture datasheets and manufacturer names for all items (see 6000080646_Tools_Langlaagte.pdf).
• Mandatory documents (returnable): Original valid Tax Clearance; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; municipal rates not older than 90 days; MBD4, MBD8, MBD9; proof of CSD registration/supplier number; MBD6.1; company registration documents with directors’ IDs.
• Full completion of BOQ/spec (where applicable); attendance at compulsory site briefing (where applicable); attachments of datasheets, references, certifications, functionality specs (where applicable); no bids from those in service of the state; PDFs only.
• If applicable, submit a properly signed Joint Venture Agreement.
• Evaluation uses 80/20 PPPFA: 80 points for price, 20 for specific goals (SMME 51%+ black-owned).
• Sample units may be requested; brand names must be provided; conform to SANS 1219.
