Supply and Delivery blankets and bedsheets

Overview

Supply and delivery of blankets and bedsheets to the Machakos County Department of Education. Open to all qualified and interested tenderers; tender documents are available online at www.machakos.go.ke and www.tenders.go.ke (Supply and Delivery blankets and bedsheets).

Requirements

• Bid security: KShs 50,000 (cash, bank guarantee, or equivalent).
• Submission: tenders to be submitted manually in sealed envelopes at Machakos County Headquarters Tender Box, Ngei Road, Machakos, by 4 November 2026 at 11:00 AM EAT; inner envelopes for ORIGINAL and COPIES.
• Eligibility/compliance: comply with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015; not debarred; no conflicts of interest; etc.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security, Joint Venture documents if applicable, Manufacturer’s Authorization if required, tax clearance, and evidence of eligibility/conformity per the tender documents.
• Tender validity: 120 days from submission deadline.
