SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 10 CISCO C9200-24P-E.Closed

Overview

The University of Fort Hare is procuring the supply and delivery of 10 Cisco C9200-24P-E switches. Vendors should be IT hardware/networking suppliers, preferably Cisco-authorized with relevant certifications.

Requirements

• Proof the supplier is Cisco-approved (Cisco certificate).
• Original Tax Clearance certificate.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• BBBEE status level of contributor (BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit).
• Quotes on company letterhead or stamped bill; comply with SCM policy.
• Evaluation uses an 80/20 PPPFA split; 20 points for BBBEE goals (e.g., female ownership if applicable).
• Submission of required SPF forms and declarations as attached to the RFQ documents.
