Overview

Procurement of 10 industrial overlocking sewing machines (4/5 thread) with tables and stands for Ingquza Hill Local Municipality. Open to qualified sewing-machine suppliers capable of delivering 10 units, meeting local-content and compliance requirements, and delivering by 20 August 2026. Evaluation is 80/20 (Price 80, Specific Goals 20), with specific goals for black ownership, youth, women, and disability.

Requirements

• Valid full CSD registration;
• Completed and signed Declarations (MBD1-9);
• SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or original Tax Clearance Certificate;
• Local Content 100% where applicable;
• Completed Annexure C;
• Letter confirming no undisputed municipal accounts overdue by more than 30 days (with proof);
• If foreign or JV, separate TCS/CSD for each party;
• Pricing schedule with firm prices (MBD3.1) including delivery terms;
• Delivery before 20 August 2026 to the specified site;
• Compliance with SCM and Abuse policies;
• Submit via the official bid documents (MBD forms) and pricing schedule;
• Site/briefing details only as advertised.
