Supply and delivery of 110 plastic water tanks, 5,000 litres capacity, branded with NGAAF logo and colours, to be distributed to various schools in Kakamega County. Requirements

• Eligibility and integrity: comply with Public Procurement Act; submit Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; not debarred.
• Tender security: KSh 100,000 in cash, bank guarantee, or approved insurer, valid for 180 days.
• Tax compliance: current Kenya Revenue Authority Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Manufacturer’s authorization: if not the tank manufacturer, provide authorization.
• JV rules: if tendering as a JV, supply Joint Venture Agreement or letter of intent; designate a representative with authority; joint and several liability.
• Conformity and delivery: demonstrate conformity to Schedule of Requirements; ability to brand with NGAAF; deliver to Kakamega County; pages must be serialized as required.
