Overview

Supply and delivery of 120 new fire extinguishers for various sites under the Hartbeespoort Area Office within Northern Operations. Target bidders are suppliers of firefighting equipment or related facilities management; must be tax compliant, registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid SARS tax clearance, and compliant with BBBEE under PPPFA 2022.

Requirements

• Tax compliant with SARS and valid Tax Clearance; CSD registration with MAAA number; Company/active CIPC registration;
• B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit;
• Company profile/track record;
• Letter of authority to sign bidding documents;
• CVs of relevant employees;
• General Conditions of Contract signed; CSD comprehensive reports; check-list of returnable documents;
• Compliance with SBD forms (SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and bid evaluation criteria;
• Returnable schedules (A and B) and proof of registration and qualifications.
