Supply and delivery of 120 tracksuits, 120 t-shirts and 120 hats for the 2026 Provincial Disability Games. Bidders should be apparel suppliers with production/embroidery capability, registered on the Central Supplier Database, and able to meet tax clearance/PIN requirements and the 80/20 evaluation (price vs specific goals) with delivery by 20 November 2026.

Requirements

• Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide CSD report.
• Tax compliance: Tax clearance or SARS PIN (TCS if foreign) and related numbers; provide copies as required.
• Complete and submit returnable documents (e.g., MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and, if applicable, JV CKs; provide certified IDs, company registration, bank details, municipal accounts, and SARS PIN.
• Proof of abilities to meet the 80/20 PPPFA evaluation and documentation for specific goals (HDI ownership >50%, youth, female, disability, and promotion of business in Amajuba) as specified.
• Item/spec delivery: Tracksuits, T-shirts and cricket sun hats with the size/design specifications and delivery date (20 November 2026).
