Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of 19mm stone for Uitkeer Roads Phase II, Somerset East (Eastern Cape) for DWS Construction South. This open tender is aimed at suppliers of construction aggregates and related services with the capacity to supply bulk stone and meet roadworks standards. Requirements

• Tax compliance with SARS (PIN/TCS) and, if applicable, SARS tax clearance; provide certificates or CSD linkage.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide CSD number (or provide TCS if applicable).
• Active registration with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) and provide certification.
• Completion and submission of mandatory SBD forms: SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid), SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 6.1 (Preferential Points).
• B-BBEE verification: original certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs; Annexures 1 and 2 for ownership/location as required.
• Proof of authority to sign bid (board resolution or similar). If a joint venture, ensure requisite authorisations for each party.
• Compliance with NT GCC and readiness to sign SBD 7 contract if awarded; samples may be requested (Phase 3).
• Bid documents from e-tender portal; comply with four-phase evaluation (Mandatory, Administrative, Technical, Preference).
• Documents must include complete pricing (Pricing Schedule) and related annexures.
