Overview

RFQ to supply and deliver 20,000 L of 50PPM automotive diesel to the Vaalputs storage facility (Northern Cape). Eligible bidders are suppliers capable of meeting fuel quality, safety, and regulatory standards, with capacity to deliver into calibrated tankers and provide delivery notes, batch numbers, and a fuel quality certificate. Target respondents should have ISO certification, complete SBD forms, and comply with SA standards (SANS).

Requirements

• Quote fully in line with the price table and scope; submit before closing; email to the specified address.
• Provide at least 3 independent reference letters for diesel deliveries, on client letterhead with contact details.
• Submit ID copies of owners/directors and proof of registrations (CIPC/CSD/BBBEE).
• Tax compliance in order; not listed on National Treasury restricted or tender-defaulters.
• Attach BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; complete SBD forms (4 & 6.1); registration on Central Supplier Database.
• Indicate ISO 9001:2015 status; confirm delivery meets SANS standards; provide fuel quality certificate where applicable.
• Documentation must prove claims for specific goals (black ownership and/or women ownership) with valid proofs.

• Quotation validity: 60 working days from closing date.
• Documents to submit: pricing schedule; SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form); BBBEE; ISO status; CSD/Tax clearance; central supplier database registration.
• Subject to National Treasury General Conditions of Contract.
