Overview

Procurement of 20 USB-C (C-Type) laptop chargers and delivery to Johannesburg Water. ICT/hardware suppliers with capability to supply 20x 65W USB-C chargers (20V 3.25A) and meet mandatory procurement requirements should bid.

Requirements

• Full completion of the BOQ/spec and attachment of datasheet, references, proof of certification (where applicable).
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; 100% must be compliant.
• Original tax clearance and valid SARS PIN; municipal rates not older than 90 days.
• Completion of MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD 8 (SCM practices), MBD 9 (Independent Proposal Determination), MBD 6.1 (Preference Points).
• Proof of CSD registration / supplier number; company registration documents with IDs for directors/shareholders.
• Quotes must be on PDF, on company letterhead; no state-servant bidders; no blacklisted bidders.
• Delivery subject to Johannesburg Water’s Supply Chain Policy.
