Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of 40ft ISO freight containers. Kisii County Government invites bids for the supply and delivery of 40ft containers, with AGPO reservation for youth, women, and PWDs; open to qualified bidders.

Requirements

• Eligibility and qualifications as per ITT and Section III.
• Not a public officer or relative; no conflict of interest; compliance with anti-corruption provisions.
• Not debarred from public procurement; compliance with PPRA/CAK processes as applicable.
• If a Joint Venture, joint and several liability; provide JV agreement or letter of intent.
• Tax compliance: evidence of current tax clearance (Kenya) or valid exemption.
• Goods eligibility and conformity: provide evidence that containers meet technical specs; include manufacturer authorization if required.
• Tender security or tender-securing declaration as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
• AGPO reservations apply as indicated in the invitation.
