Overview

Supply and delivery of 50% drain valve at Tutuka Power Station for a once off order. Eskom seeks a DN200/DN250 wedge gate valve for a single order. Bidder must be able to supply the valve, meet Eskom’s eligibility criteria, and provide required compliance documents to participate. Submissions are via Eskom E-tendering and due by 3 November 2026 (times in the tender data). A briefing/clarification is not applicable per the ITT.

Requirements

• Eskom eligibility: must meet Eskom’s criteria and not be restricted from contracting with Eskom or state entities.
• Technical capability: supply a DN200/DN250 wedge gate valve with certificate of manufacture; evidence of stockholding and delivery lead times as per scope.
• Compliance/gatekeeping: submit mandatory returnables (Annexures A–J), pricing schedule in PDF and Excel, CIDB/CSD/TAX where applicable, and related PPPFA/SBD forms; include Integrity Pact and CPA declarations.
• QA/SHEQ: provide QA evidence (ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent in operation) and safety/environmental documentation (COIDA good standing, SHE policies).
• Applicable contract rules: CIDB requirements, local content, and other contractual prerequisites as specified in the ITT.
