SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 50 X PLASTIC SHEETS FOR DISASTER RELIEF

Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of 50 plastic sheets for disaster relief (4m x 30x250micron, SABS approved, any colour). Target bidders are plastic sheet suppliers/distributors and building-material vendors able to meet municipal tender prerequisites and delivery within 90 days price validity, including MBD/CSD/tax-clearance requirements.

Requirements

• Mandatory returnables and forms: MBD1, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9 (with stamps/signatures); full CSD report; IDs for owners; company registration (CIPC); director/shareholder municipal accounts or residence affidavits; company letterhead.
• Tax/compliance: Tax Compliance Status (TCS) or SARS PIN; CSD number if no TCS; pre-award questionnaire for foreign bidders; separate TCS for joint ventures.
• Pricing and delivery: firm, VAT-inclusive pricing; delivery to Dundee; prices valid for 90 days; 80/20 (or 90/10) preference framework with required proof for specific goals.
• Governance: declarations on past SCM practices, interest, and non-collusion; compliance with anti-corruption provisions; not in the service of the state; adherence to tender defaulter checks.
