Overview

Open national tender to supply and deliver 564 breeding Galla bucks to the Kwale County Government, Department of Agriculture, Livestock & Fisheries. Bidders should be livestock breeders/distributors capable of supplying breeding stock; enterprises must be citizen-owned. Requirements

• Open to citizen-owned enterprises.
• Tender security: KSh 336,000 from an authorized institution; valid 126 days after tender closing (see attached).
• Serialize all tender pages; follow bidder’s page numbering (not downloaded pagination).
• Submission deadline: electronically via www.supplier.treasury.go.ke by 21 October 2026 at 10:30 a.m. (see attached).
• Late submissions rejected; no manual submissions; online system only.
• Levy: 0.03% of contract value.
• Currency: bids in Kenyan Shillings; price schedules must be in KSh.
• If a JV, submit Joint Venture Agreement or letter of intent; maximum JV size as per TDS.
• Include tax clearance certificate; Manufacturer Authorization if required; Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; anti-corruption declarations (and compliance with PPRA/Kenya procurement acts).
