Overview

This RFQ seeks the supply and delivery of 6 laptops to the Eastern Cape CET College. Bidders with ICT hardware supply capability, including reputable ICT equipment resellers, and experience in delivering Windows-based laptops with multi-config specs, warranties, and onsite support should consider bidding.

The required laptops are configured in three variants (total 6 units): a 15.6" Intel i7-1235U model, a premium 14" model with latest-gen vPro, and a 13.3" Pro X360 435 G10 2-in-1 with AMD Ryzen 7. Requirements

• Valid tax clearance certificate and tax compliance status with SARS, with PIN.
• CK registration (or other business entity certificate) and VAT registration.
• Certified IDs for company directors (not older than 6 months).
• Municipal statement or proof of address (or lease/water/council confirmation as applicable).
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) full report.
• Separate quotation on company letterhead; completed SBD 4; SBD 1 price must align with SBD 3.1.
• Proof of ICT equipment reseller registration with reputable distributors.
• Delivery timelines to be provided; Phase 2 evaluation includes price and PPPFA scoring (80/20) with preferential goals (as detailed in the document).
• Vendor must adhere to non-erasable ink, legible submission, and no correction fluid usage (RFQ document) (RFQ Finance laptops 6.pdf).
