Supply and delivery of 8 Heating mantles for Chemistry Department

Overview

Supply and delivery of 8 heating mantles (250 mL) for the Chemistry Department at MUT. Open to suitably qualified and experienced service providers who meet MUT’s RFQ requirements, BBBEE 80/20 criteria, and mandatory documentation as part of the two-stage evaluation process.

Requirements

• RFQ documents completed and signed; MUT vendor registration or CIPC certificate; valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; brochure and picture of the quoted unit; one reference letter on client letterhead.
• BBBEE certificate for preferential points (non-mandatory document in Stage 1 but used for Stage 2 pricing/PBP).
• CSD MA number (where applicable); provide delivery lead time; prices must be firm, in ZAR, inclusive of taxes; bid validity 90 days.
• No advance payments; respond by closing date.

• Documents to submit: completed RFQ forms, vendor CSD/MAAA info, SARS Tax status, BBBEE certificate, brochure/photo of the mantles, reference letter, pricing schedule (firm prices).
