Overview

Procurement of eight laptops and related accessories for Sakhisizwe Local Municipality. Bids are invited from qualified IT hardware suppliers with the ability to meet Windows 11 Pro specs, provide at least 24 months warranty, and comply with local procurement goals (e.g., local, women/youth/Black-owned status). Evaluation uses 80/20: 80 for price, 20 for Specific Goals (Youth 08, Women 02, Locality 08, Black 02).

Requirements

• Latest full CSD Report (not older than 3 months) and evidence for Locality/Residence for preference points
• Rates clearance certificate not older than 3 months; lease agreement if premises are leased
• Reseller/Partner certificate
• Fully completed and signed MBD 1-9 (and related MBD forms as applicable, e.g., MBD 2, MBD 6.1)
• Tax compliance: SARS TCS PIN or printed TCS certificate; where no TCS, provide CSD number
• If bidding as a foreign supplier or joint venture, complete Part B and separate TCS/CSD for each party
• Evidence for Specific Goals (CSD summary or proof of residence; Director ID copies for Youth/Women/Black ownership) to obtain preferred points
• Acknowledgement that the contract is subject to GCC and Special Conditions (per tender doc)
