Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of 80mm grey interlock block pavers (6000 m²) to Port Alfred. Experienced pavement/block-paving suppliers should bid, with ability to deliver 6,000 m² and compliance with CSD, tax status, and the bid-document requirements (MBD forms and B-BBEE evidence). Requirements

• Prices valid for at least 90 days; inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• SARS tax reference number and PIN; tax status verified against CSD.

• Bidding on Ndlambe-issued documents; documents must be completed in full.
• Right to award to whole or part; no obligation to accept the lowest bid.

• Submit completed tender in a sealed envelope marked “NOTICE 171/2026 – UPGRADE OF 80mm INTERLOCK PAVERS” and deliver to Municipal Offices, Supply Chain Management, 44 Campbell Street, by 12h00 on 28 August 2026; bids opened at 12h05 the same day.
• Late, unmarked, faxed, or emailed proposals will be disqualified.
