SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A HEAVY-DUTY INDUSTRIAL SHREDDER

Overview

The procurement is for the supply and delivery of a heavy-duty industrial shredder. Suppliers of industrial shredders or related heavy machinery should bid, with evaluation under the municipality’s SCM policy and the 80/20 Preference Point system.

Requirements

• Completed bid document in black ink; all pages submitted and preferably bound.
• Supporting documents submitted separately and stapled or bound.
• Bids must be deposited in the tender box at Langeberg Municipal Office, 28 Main Road, Ashton, by 12:00 on 06 NOVEMBER 2026; late, faxed or e-mailed tenders will not be considered.
• Tender documents are available from 23 OCTOBER 2026 on the Langeberg website; enquiries to MR A PHILLIPS (aphillips@langeberg.gov.za).
• Bids evaluated per the Council’s SCM Policy and the 80/20 Preference Point system; the lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted.

• Complete the official bid document in black ink; ensure all pages are submitted; bind where possible.
• Submit in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender name to Langeberg Municipal Office, 28 Main Road, Ashton, by 12:00 on 06 NOVEMBER 2026 (see QUOTATION 14_2026.pdf..pdf).
• Include separately bound supporting documents; submissions by fax or email will not be considered.
