Overview

Procurement of supplies and delivery of a Universal Wheelie Bin Spill Kit. Laingsburg Municipality invites bidders with experience in municipal supply of spill kit components, capability to deliver within seven days of order, and compliance with SCM, B-BBEE and tax/CSD requirements to bid.

Requirements

• Submit bids on official forms, completed in non-erasable ink; not from persons in the service of the state.

• Documentation: attach all required forms (pricing, declarations, MBDs) and certified IDs for company directors; provide latest municipal account or lease; provide VAT/TAX details.
• Delivery and performance: deliver within seven days after official order; delivery to Municipal Stores, 02 Van Riebeeck Street, with delivery note and tax invoice; offloading at bidder’s risk and cost; no part deliveries.
