Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of 150 boxes of A4 white copy paper for the Finance Department. This RFQ invites qualified suppliers to deliver A4 copy paper to the uMzinyathi District Municipality (Dundee). Documents are published 22 Sept 2026; submission deadline is 29 Sept 2026 at 12:00. Requirements

• Original certified copies of owner’s ID (not older than six months)
• Proof of company registration (CIPC)
• Recent municipal account or equivalent proof of residence for bidder; if rural, certification by traditional council leader and ward councillor
• Municipal accounts for each Director (or equivalent proof); if residing/operating from home, required affidavits from SAPS/local authority
• Completed MBD 3.1 (stamped) and submission of MBD 1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9
• False declaration on MBD 4 paragraph 3.14 and information on CSD lead to automatic disqualification
• Bid must be on company letterhead; include full CSD Report
• Adjudication follows the 80/20 Preferential Point System; municipal document is mandatory
• Prices must be valid for 90 days and inclusive of VAT and disbursements
