Overview

Supply and delivery of Aerial Bundle Conductors for Eskom Cape Coastal Cluster (Eastern Cape) over two years on an ‘As and When required’ basis. Bidders should be electrical equipment suppliers or contractors with NEC3 SC3 experience, Eskom e-tendering capability, CIDB registration, and compliance with local-content and safety/ethics requirements.

Requirements

• Eligibility: meet the eligibility criteria; not restricted to Eskom/State entities; not on sanctions lists; not submit multiple bids; no conflicts of interest; joint ventures must be jointly and severally liable.
• Mandatory returnables: SBD forms (Annexure A–J: Annexures A, B, C, D, H, I, J, etc.), local content declarations (G1–G4), CPA requirements, proof of CSD registration, SARS PIN, BBBEE, COIDA, NEC3 pricing data and contract data, and priced BOQ.
• Technical evaluation: gate keepers for LV ABC with bare or insulated neutral (Level 2 score) per the LV ABC technical criteria; TEAP if applicable.
• Contract and pricing: NEC3 Supply Contract (SC3); price adjustment for inflation (X1); delivery in the East London area; start 01 November 2026 for 24 months; payment terms per NEC3; 120-day tender validity.
• Safety/Environment: Eskom SHE rules and environmental evaluation requirements; supplier to acknowledge and comply with related annexures.
