Requirements

• Administrative and regulatory readiness: complete SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, TCD 13 and 13.1, Central Supplier Database report, SARS tax status, CIPC registration, and identity documents for owners/directors (as applicable).
• Technical compliance: Annexure A (Technical Specifications) for all items; third-party authorization letters if not OEM; valid product registrations per Act 36/1947 and Act 101/1965 with SAHPRA license; product labels linked to registrations; ongoing validity of certificates.
• Pricing and bids: complete Annexure B (Pricing Schedule) online in XLSX format; pricing to cover delivery to state facilities nationwide; inclusive of VAT and other costs; price adjustments permitted under the CPA formula.
• Preferential procurement: complete SBD 6.1 to claim HDI/specific goals; compliance with CSD/CIPC/ID verification.
• Delivery and post-award: adherence to delivery lead times (max 4 weeks), orders issued by participating institutions, proper delivery notes, and retrieval of empty containers at no cost.
• Prohibitions and integrity: comply with anti-fronting, anti-collusion, and other improper practices; due diligence may occur at any evaluation stage.
