Requirements

• Minimum scope: supply and on-site delivery of air conditioners listed above (20 of 9 000 BTU, 20 of 12 000 BTU, 8 of 24 000 BTU; plus transport).
• Mandatory briefing: attendance at site briefing (13 Oct 2026, 10:00).
• Compliance documents: complete SBD 1, SBD 3.1, SBD 4; Pricing Schedule; annexures 1 and 2; local commissioner stamps.
• Regulatory/commercial: tax compliance with SARS PIN; CSD registration; CIPC/ownership proofs; BBBEE verification (or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs); proof of VAT if applicable.
