Overview

Supply and Delivery of AirDAC Cable for Electrification of Low-Cost Destitute Houses. Blue Crane Route Municipality invites bids from electrical suppliers/contractors to supply and deliver AirDAC cable for electrification of low-cost destitute houses. Bidders must be CSD-registered with tax-compliant status and provide a Certificate of Good Standing from their local municipality. The bid uses an 80/20 evaluation (80 for price, 20 for Specific Goals/HDI) with targets for race, gender, disability, youth and locality within the municipality, district, province, and country.

Requirements

• Bidders must be registered on the CSD Supplier Database with a Tax Compliant Status.
• Submit a Certificate of Good Standing from the local municipality.
• Incomplete tender forms, data sheets, or supplementary information render the bid non-responsive.
• Bids must be in black ink, signed, and submitted by the deadline; late, faxed, or electronic submissions will not be accepted; bids remain valid for 90 days.
• The policy of the Blue Crane Route Municipality SCM applies; evidence for HDI-specific goals must be provided to claim points (no evidence = no points).
