Overview

Supply and delivery of alternative energy (paraffin) for Cluster 1 to households in Sakhisizwe Local Municipality. Bids are invited from paraffin suppliers/distributors to appoint two service providers (one per cluster) to supply 20-litre paraffin per household and one 20-litre container per household, with a 90-day tender validity. Requirements

• Latest full CSD report and proof of municipal rate clearance; rates certificate not older than 3 months.
• Fully completed and signed Bid documents (MBD 1–9) and tax compliance requirements (TCS PIN or CSD number).
• Proof for specific goals: CSD summary or rate clearance/proof of residence for locality; proof of woman-owned and/or black-owned status.
• If applicable, separate TCS certificates for each consortium/partner; foreign suppliers must complete Part B3.
• Past experience details of similar projects.

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents from the e-tender portal (www.etenders.gov.za) and/or the issuing municipality site. (see attached file reference).
