Supply and Delivery of Animal Feed (Poultry and Piggery) for Alfred Nzo District. Requirements

• Stage 1 evaluation: Administrative compliance and Functionality (70% threshold). Functionality: Relevant Experience (35), Financial Capacity (30), Logistics (20), Locality (15).
• Compliance documents: Tax status verification on CSD; Tax clearance not attached (CSD is used); Joint Venture agreements if applicable; All SBD forms completed, black ink, no corrections.
• Preferences: Documentation to validate specific goals (e.g., ownership, locality, women/youth/disability) as per SBD 6.1.
• Supplier arrangements: If a general dealer, supplier arrangement forms; references for prior deliveries; manufacturer/distributor confirmation for products; site/product verifications may be conducted.
