Supply and delivery of AnionicClosed

Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of Anionic Bitumen Road Emulsion for a 36-month period. Eligible bidders are suppliers of Anionic Bitumen Road Emulsion with the capacity to fulfill a multi-year municipal contract, and who meet SCM requirements (CSD and eThekwini vendor databases, tax compliance, OHSA, and related tender declarations).

Requirements

• Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and on the eThekwini supplier database (PR/NB numbers as applicable).
• VAT registered (provide VAT number if yes); Tax Compliance Status PIN acceptable in place of original Tax Clearance.
• Declarations: Municipal Fees, Interest (MBD 4), Procurement Above R10 Million (MBD 5, if applicable), Preference Points (MBD 6.1), Past SCM Practices (MBD 8), Independent Bid Determination (MBD 9).
• Occupational Health and Safety Act compliance declaration.
• Official Tender Form completed and signed; Authority of Signatory; where applicable, Joint Venture agreement and JV B-BBEE certificate.
• Manufacturer status: state manufacturer name; if not a manufacturer, provide valid distributor/agent agreement covering the contract period.
• Samples may be requested; pricing must align to the Official Tender Form.
• Delivery terms, risk transfer, and payment terms as per contract; comply with SCM policies and evaluation criteria.
