Overview

Framework contract for the supply and delivery of assorted office general supplies-stationery. This is a two-year national framework open to eligible bidders, with a reserved category for AGPO youth. Suitable bidders are suppliers/distributors of office stationery who can meet Kenyan public procurement rules and deliver to Bungoma County.

Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, including anti-corruption declarations and avoiding collusion (Certificate of Independent Tender Determination).
• Eligibility: no disqualifications, PPRA debarment status, tax clearance (where required), and JV arrangements if applicable (joint and several liability; representative authority; max JV size as per TDS).
• Origin and conformity: goods/related services must meet origin/conformity rules; certain Kenyan-sourced items (per ITT 4.4) and environmental standards apply.
• Tender documents: Form of Tender and Price Schedules; Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; Manufacturer Authorization if applicable; evidence of eligibility and conformity of goods.
• No more than one tender per tenderer (or per JV), unless alternatives are allowed.
• Tender validity as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents from the Bungoma County website and tenders.go.ke (see SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED OFFICE GENERAL SUPPLIES-STATIONERY).
• Prepare: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, JV documents if any, Manufacturer Authorization (if needed), and evidence of qualifications and eligibility.
• Submit in hard copy to: Chief Officer of Finance, County Government of Bungoma; deposit at the Tender Box outside Supply Chain Management Office (MUNICIPAL BUILDING).
• Deadline: 28 July 2026 at 10:00 A.M (closing; see attached document for details).
• Submission format: hard copy; electronic submission may be allowed if specified in the TDS.
• Tender opening: public, at the specified address, with tenderer representatives present.
