Requirements

• Eligibility: private entities, individuals, state-owned entities or joint ventures; JV liability; public officers cannot bid; must meet debarment and competition requirements; tax clearance evidence may be required.
• Documentation: Form of Tender; Price Schedules; Tender Security; Joint Venture Agreement (or letter of intent); Manufacturer's Authorization if applicable; proof of eligibility and conformity of goods.
• Financial: bid security of 100,000 Kenyan Shillings; prices quoted in Kenyan Shillings; fixed prices for contract duration unless TDS specifies otherwise.
• Goods: origins to comply with eligibility; conformity to technical specifications; supply of tyres for plant/equipment; include spare parts and maintenance considerations as applicable.
