SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BENDS/ ELBOWS STOCK ITEMS AS PER SIZES OVER 36 MONTHS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED

Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of bends/elbows stock items for 36 months. Suitable bidders are suppliers of piping fittings (bends/elbows) with municipal procurement experience, able to meet tax/compliance requirements, Central Supplier Database and SABS/B-BBEE prerequisites (as detailed in the bid documents).

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and/or Tax Clearance/TCS compliance.
• SARS tax status: provide PIN or TCS certificate; original TCC 001 when applicable.
• B-BBEE: certified copy or sworn affidavit.
• SABS approval certificate for relevant products.
• Proof of bank rating (A/B/C) and a current water/electricity or rates/levy statement not older than 3 months.
• Certified copies of identity documents for directors/owners; valid company registration documents.
• Proof of payment for bid fee (R2,000) and administration cost (R1,500) for document access (as per attached doc).
• Evidence of prior supply/delivery experience (reference letters or purchase orders).
• Full completion of all Municipal Bidding Documents (MBDs 2, 3.1, 4, 6.1, 7.1, 8) and Schedule of Returnable Documents.
