SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BIOLOGY, PHYSICS & CHEMISTRY LABORATORY EQUIPMENT AT KARURUNE PRIMARY SCHOOL

Overview

Supply and delivery of Biology, Physics & Chemistry laboratory equipment for Karurune Primary School. Open to all qualified bidders with relevant experience in school-lab procurement and compliance with Kenyan public-procurement rules.

Requirements

• Eligible bidders only; no public officers; not debarred; Joint Ventures not allowed for this tender.
• Tenderers must be registered with the manufacturer and after-sales service must be provided (seller’s maintenance/parts). Manufacturer authorization not required, but after-sales service is required where applicable.
• Evidence of tax compliance (current tax clearance certificate) as a Kenyan bidder.
• English language tender documents; price schedules to be submitted in Kenyan Shillings; fixed prices (no price variation unless TDS allows).
• No alternative tenders; Tender security not required per the data sheet.
• Complete Form of Tender, Price Schedules, and all eligibility/qualification documents; submit as a single original plus copies as specified; JV agreements if applicable.
• Pre-bid conference: not held for this tender; inquiries must be in writing by the deadline.

• No pre-tender meeting; minutes (if any) posted on the portal (see TDS).
• Submit tenders in hard copy only (no electronic submission). Deliver to: Funds Account Manager, NG-CDF Igembe South Constituency, Maua; tender box at NG-CDF Igembe South Offices. Include an original and required copies, clearly marked ORIGINAL and COPIES.
• Deadline: 29 October 2026 at 9:00 AM. Tender opening is public at the NG-CDF Igembe South Boardroom.
• Documents to submit include Form of Tender, Price Schedules, and required eligibility/qualifications; JV documents if applicable; evidence of tax clearance; and any manufacturer-related documents as required (see Section IV).
