Overview

Supply and delivery of bitumen products (SS 60 Emulsion and Colas CMS 65 Emulsion) to Siyathemba Municipality. Bidders with experience in road bitumen emulsions, adherence to SANS BT3/BT4, and delivery capability to Prieska should bid.

Requirements

• Conform to RFQ 53/2026 and SANS BT3/BT4; provide a guarantee that delivered materials meet/exceed specs.
• Provide the specified quantities: 22 drums SS60 Emulsion and 30 drums CR65, with related performance criteria (binder content min 62%, workability 2 hours, ambient storage stability 6 months, mixing compatibility).
• Delivery terms: prices include delivery to Prieska; delivery within 7 days after award; single award.
• Compliance/docs: register on CSD; BBBEE certificate (or original sworn affidavit); complete MBD 4, MBD 8, and MBD 9 as part of the bid.
• Evaluation/contracting: 80/20 PPPFA (PRICE 80; SPECIFIC GOALS 20 with HDI, Locality, Youth). Bid validity 90 days; no obligation to accept the lowest bid; penalties for non-conforming materials.
