Requirements

• Complete and return official bid documents (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) with the quotation.
• Items and pricing must be in Rand and include taxes; rates must be all-inclusive.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (or TCS certificate) and, if part of a consortium, a separate TCS/CSD for each party. If not using TCS, provide a CSD number.
• Not in the service of the State; disclose related-party relationships and any potential conflicts (SBD4).
• Specific goals: participate in the 80/20 system with up to 20 points for specific goals (Women, Disability, Youth ownership, local ownership, BBBEE levels) as outlined in SBD6.1 (Table 1). Provide supporting documentation to claim these points.
