SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BLACK, BLUE, YELLOW, GREEN, CLEAR AND BROWN REFUSE BAGS

Overview

Supply and delivery of black, blue, yellow, green, clear and brown refuse bags to Mossel Bay Municipality for a 3-year contract. Bidders should be plastic bag suppliers/manufacturers with capacity to deliver to municipal stores and meet requirements such as Central Supplier Database registration, SARS tax clearance, CIDB (where applicable) and BBBEE status.

Requirements

• Tax Compliance Status Pin accompanying bid (and for each JV member).
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
• CIDB registration number (if applicable).
• Authorized signatory: board resolution authorising signatory.
• Complete original bid documents; no retyping; signed in black ink.
• BBBEE Status of Contribution (affidavit or valid certificate).
• Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Commissioner (one per entity in a consortium).
• Proof of locality to qualify for locality points.
