Overview

Supply and delivery of 20 boardroom tables to Necsa. This RFQ targets office furniture suppliers able to provide 20 tables with a fixed, all-inclusive price (taxes, freight, insurance, etc.) and to meet Necsa’s procurement and PPPFA requirements. Suitable bidders should be able to deliver to Necsa and comply with the purchaser’s general conditions and BBBEE requirements.

Requirements

• Tax Clearance Certificate (SARS tax pin)
• Declaration of interest (SBD 4)
• B-BBEE Certificate or applicable affidavit if an EME
• COID/Good Standing letter if applicable
• Any other document or certification requested in the RFQ

• Submission deadline: 25 June 2026 at 10:00 (RFQ Tables 01)
• Documents to submit: Completed RFQ response, SBD4, Tax Clearance, B-BBEE documentation, COID letter if applicable, any other documents listed in the RFQ (see RFQ Tables 01)
• Pre-qualification/registrations: Tax clearance; BBBEE status; follow Necsa GCC and PPPFA 2022 rules
• Briefing/session details: Compulsory briefing not applicable (N/A in RFQ); site address for reference (see RFQ Tables 01)
• Where to obtain bid documents: Documents are attached to the RFQ (RFQ number Tables 01.docx) and the Standard Bidding Document (SBD 4) (Standard Bidding Document (SDB) 4_Annexure A.doc)
