Overview

Supply and delivery of Boer goats (40 does and 2 bucks) to two identified smallstock farmers in Gauteng. RFQ issued by Gauteng Department of Agriculture and Rural Development for sourcing Boer goats meeting breed specs and delivering to Walkerville and Drumblade Agricultural Holdings, with quotations via email.

Requirements

• Boer goats must meet breed specs: red head with red neck area, white body, large pendulous ears; 1-year-old doelings 45–60 kg; 1-year-old bucks 50–70 kg.
• Quantities: 40 does and 2 bucks; delivery to two named farms: Walkerville (20 does + 1 buck) and Elizabeth Road, Drumblade Agricultural Holdings (20 does + 1 buck). Details of the farmers/addresses provided to the appointed supplier (see attached specs).
• Compliance: firm prices inclusive of VAT, valid for 60 days; delivery period indicated; quotations emailed to the specified address; all required documentation attached to the RFQ; general National Treasury contract conditions apply; adherence to Protection of Personal Information provisions.
• Documentation: complete Bidder’s Disclosure (SBD4) and Preference Points Form (SBD6.1); price/points will be evaluated under the applicable preference system (80/20 or 90/10) with HDI, women, disability, youth, and military veterans goals as applicable.
