Procurement of supply and delivery of bottled drinking water for Central Grid Lines & Servitudes for 36 months on an “as and when required” basis. Suitable bidders: bottled water suppliers with logistics/fleet capability, packaging/labeling and quality control; SA-based or with a footprint in SA; must meet local-content, SBD, CIDB and related compliance.

Requirements

• Eligibility and disclosures: compliance with Tender Data; no sanctions; no conflicts of interest; JV/consortium rules if applicable.
• Returnables and forms (mandatory where indicated): Electronic tender PDF, Authorization Form (Annexure A), Acknowledgement (Annexure B), Tenderer’s particulars (Annexure C), Integrity Declaration (Annexure D), Local Content Declarations (Annexures E–G), SBD 1, Tax Clearance where applicable, PPPFA/Specific Goals forms, JV documentation if forming a consortium.
