Procurement of supply and delivery of branded corporate uniforms to the County Government of Nyandarua under a two-year frame work agreement. Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act; anti-corruption declarations; Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Eligibility: AGPO registration; no public officers; JV rules (joint venture liability and representative).
• Origin and conformity: goods and related services must meet eligibility; items with Kenyan sourcing emphasis; textiles for uniforms to be sourced from Kenya; no substitutions from foreign sources for specified categories.
• Tax: current Kenyan tax clearance where required.
• Tender security: Tender-Securing Declaration or a tender security in specified form and validity.
• Documentation: evidence of qualifications, manufacturer authorization if applicable, and conformity to Schedule of Requirements.
