Overview

Supply and delivery of branded hospital linens under a framework arrangement for FY 2026-2028. The County Government of Bomet invites open bids from suppliers able to provide branded linens (bedsheets, blankets, etc.) to Sigor Sub County Hospital on a framework basis for 2026–2028.

Requirements

• Eligibility: firms or JVs (max 3 members) with joint and several liability; no conflicts of interest.
• Sanctions: not debarred/sanctioned by PPRA or equivalent.
• Nationality/local content: foreign bidders must meet local input requirements; JVs must have Kenyan ownership thresholds if applicable; subcontracting to foreign firms limited.
• Tax compliance: valid Kenya Revenue Authority tax compliance certificate.
• Environmental: products/processes not harmful to environment/humans.
• Tender security: not applicable (per Tender Data Sheet).
• Additional: signs, powers of attorney, and JV documentation as required by the tender forms.

How to Apply

• Deadline: 18 August 2026, 12:00 noon (documented; metadata lists 10:00; see Tender document).
• Submission method: sealed Tender delivered to the Tender Box at Sigor Sub County Hospital procurement office (address on file).
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender; priced Activity Schedule; Joint Venture documents if applicable; authorization to sign (Power of Attorney); qualifications and eligibility evidence; conformity to the Tender documents.
• Pre-qualification/registrations: provide evidence per ITT 19 and related sections; tax compliance as above.
• Briefing/site visit: site visit encouraged; details to be as per ITT 7–8. Minutes or addenda will be published as required.
