Overview

Supply and delivery of branded personal protective equipment for AIDC located at the Automotive Supplier Park, 30 Helium Road, Rosslyn, Pretoria. Bidders should be PPE suppliers with branding capability, just-in-time delivery experience, and the ability to supply and brand PPE under a 12-month contract, including required compliance (CSD, BBBEE, SBDs, POPIA, integrity).

Requirements

• Company capabilities aligned to the PPE scope and branding, with ability to supply and fit PPE.
• Financial capacity: either stamped bank statement not older than 3 months showing at least R100,000, or audited/independently reviewed annual financial statements not older than 2 years showing turnover ≥ R250,000.
• Mandatory documentation: SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2; Integrity Pact; POPIA consent; SARS PIN; BBBEE affidavit or SANAS verification; CSD ACTIVE status.
• Evaluation criteria: Compliance; Pre-qualification; Price (80); Specific goals (20) with B-BBEE status points (Level 1–4 = 20–5 points).
• Contract terms: 12-month duration; firm prices including VAT; detailed pricing schedule with a 15–20% allowed markup (max 20%).
