Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of branded tracksuits for the Machakos County Department of Education. Bidders should be apparel manufacturers or suppliers with branding capabilities (logos/labels) and the capacity to supply branded schoolwear under an open national competition.

Requirements

• Tender Security of KSh 50,000 (cash, Bank Guarantee, Insurance company, or other permitted form).
• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015: anti-corruption declarations and Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; no debarment.
