Overview

The tender is for the supply and delivery of POTATOES to Tambach Teachers College (TAMCO 4/2026/2027) and is reserved for WOMEN-owned businesses. Tenderers may bid for one or more lots, with a closing deadline to submit prior to the specified date. (See INVITATION TO TENDER details in the attached document.)

Requirements

• Compliance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015 and a signed declaration not to engage in corrupt or fraudulent practices; include Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Eligible tenderers: ensure no public officer conflicts, no debarment by PPRA, and compliance for JV arrangements (joint and several liability; representative).
• Eligible goods: origin declarations; conformity to technical specifications; include spare parts and sources.
• Tender security or Tender-Securing Declaration as specified in the TDS; validity period as required.
• Documentation: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Joint Venture Agreement (or letter of intent), Manufacturer Authorization if applicable, and evidence of eligibility and qualifications.
• Tax clearance: provide current tax clearance certificate.
• Language: Tender and all communications in English.

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents: non-refundable fee of KSHS 1000 (paper); electronic copies free from the website. Tenderers downloading electronically should email their details to tambachttc@yahoo.com. (See INVITATION TO TENDER in the document.)
• Submit: hard-copy tenders delivered to Tambach Teachers College by 21 July 2026 at 11:00 (no electronic submission). Tenders must be serialized and clearly marked.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Declaration, JV documents if applicable, Manufacturer Authorization if required, and qualification/eligibility documents.
