Overview

Supply and delivery of portable high-pressure breathing air compressors to Bergrivier Municipality until 30 June 2027. Open to competent equipment suppliers with relevant standards compliance, B-BBEE status, and Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.

Requirements

• Equipment meeting DIN EN 12021:2014 standards; provide product datasheet.
• Compressor capable of 300 bar working pressure, 100 L/min charging rate; 3-stage, 2.2 kW motor, 230V 50Hz.
• Full documentation: installation/operation/maintenance manuals, parts list, drawings, and calibration certificates.
• Delivery within 3 weeks after order; penalties for delays apply.
• Fixed prices including VAT; price validity 120 days.
• CSD registration (MAAA number) or TCS PIN; SARS compliance.
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; submit with bid.
• At least three express references with letters of recommendation (not older than 2 years).
• Complete MBD forms (e.g., MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1) and related SCM documents.

How to Apply

• Submit to Bergrivier Municipality; envelopes must be clearly marked with the RFQ number.
• Documents to submit: completed pricing schedule, MBD forms (1, 3.2 pricing, 4, 6.1, 7.1, 8, 9, 10), Declaration of Interest, BBBEE, past SCM practices, and proof of references.
