Requirements

• Submit a Certificate of Good Standing from the local municipality.
• Provide evidence to claim Specific Goals (HDI) as per clause 1.2.26; points allocated for Race, Gender, Disability, Youth.
• Locality goals: within Blue Crane Route Municipality, Sarah Baartman District, Eastern Cape, and South Africa.
• Complete all tender forms, data sheets, and any supplementary information; non-responsive if incomplete.
• Bids must be in black ink, not late, not via fax/electronic submission; bids hold good for 90 days.
• SCM policy applies; right to accept part or none of the bid; Authority of Signatory to be completed.
