Overview

This procurement is for the supply and delivery of building materials for the bathroom conversion at Dwarskersbos Beach Resort. It targets competent service providers with building-material experience, must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN, and must comply with BBBEE and local-procurement goals. Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide the CSD number (MAAA…) and Tax PIN or TCS certificate.
• Submit an original B-BBEE certificate or an original B-BBEE sworn affidavit; if not provided, score 0 for B-BBEE.
• Complete and submit all required forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9, MBD10) and adhere to GCC; pricing must be VAT-inclusive.
• Pricing must be fixed; quotations valid for 120 days; delivery period must be indicated; delivery within 10 days after order.
• Must have a functional workshop/head office within 150 km of Bergrivier’s HQ (Piketberg).
• Locality and BBBEE points apply (80/20 or 90/10 framework depending on contract value); specific points allocated to Bergrivier, West Coast, Western Cape, and SA.
• Provide recent municipal accounts for company and directors; proof of compliance with tax/VAT.
• No bids from state-employed individuals; late/incomplete/faxed bids are disqualified.

• Deadline: 2026-10-08 at 12:00. Bids must be deposited in sealed envelopes in the bid box; no late submissions.
