Requirements

• Bids are evaluated on an 80/20 preference points system per the PPPFA 2000 and the 2022 regulations; compliance with the Council SCM Policy and related legislation.
• Bids must be submitted on the issued bid documentation, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid number and title, to the SCM Unit by 12:00 on 19 August 2026.
• Bids remain valid for 180 days after the closing date; the Municipality may request a validity extension.
• No bids from persons in the service of the state.
